Utah Climate Action Network - Water and Climate Sub-groupThe Utah Climate Action Network – Water and Climate Sub-group will hold its first meeting in honor of World Water Day. The meeting will have a number of water and climate presentations followed by small group discussions around water and climate related topics and ways the network could advance critical discussions around water and climate around the state of Utah. The meeting of the Utah Climate Action Network: Water and Climate Forum, will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., with coffee and snacks available at 9:45 a.m., in the Salt Lake City Public Safety Building - Community Room, located at 475 300 E., Salt Lake City UT 84111.

Utah Water Watch - Tier 1 - Provo Library, Provo, UTJoin UWW to learn about watersheds and water quality monitoring at this UWW Tier 1 training on April 22, 2017 from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Help us collect data on a local waterbody! Training is open to the public of all ages and levels. We will start by learning watershed basics, water quality and the need for monitoring. USU CAS Interdisciplinary Research ForumUSU Climate Adaption Science (CAS) and the Ecology Center are sponsoring monthly events to promote interdisciplinary collaboration through sharing of ideas and expertise. Faculty members will give a five-minute presentation about their research interest. Following the presentations, there will be time for discussion, and light refreshments will be served. In the QCNR Dean’s Conference Room: 11:30-1:00 pm.
