The Annual Utah Environmental Education ConferenceThe Annual Utah Environmental Education Conference is a two-day meeting that will be held in the beautiful alpine setting of Alta Ski Resort. The conference kicks off Thursday evening with an event that is open to the public. The formal conference begins Friday morning and runs through Saturday afternoon.

Extension Sustainability SummitExtension Sustainability Summit will be held in Park City Utah. The Extension Sustainability Summit will bring together Cooperative Extension agents and specialists to present and discuss outreach and education activities in five thematic areas: Land, Air, Food, Water, and Energy.
The registration fee of $275 includes the two-day Summit, exhibits, pre-loaded jump drive with presenter materials and program curricula, refreshment breaks, lunches, and an evening reception. Plus, ample time to network with your colleagues. Space is limited so register today.

Technical Workshop: Tree-ring reconstructions of streamflowJoin the Western Water Assessment (WWA) and the Wasatch Dendroclimatology Research (WADR) Group—a joint effort of USU, BYU, and US Forest Service scientists— for a workshop to support the application of multi-century tree-ring reconstructions of streamflow in water management in northern Utah.
Water resource engineers, managers, planners, consultants, and other water decision-makers are especially encouraged to attend. There is no charge for the workshop, but please RSVP to by September 15, 2013. Space is limited.
